Naturally Get Rid of Acne

April 20th 2012 13:08

Almost everyone knows what acne is and in order to help prevent acne a person must keep their face clean by washing it daily to remove grease build up, environmental debris and pollutants. But, sometimes that is just not enough. Managing your diet is a good idea, consuming vitamin rich foods and eliminating the bulk of junk food consumption can help immensely. But when that still doesn't work there are natural herbs that can assist in significantly reducing or eliminating acne altogether.

In combination with drinking lots of water, rinse your face with cooled dandelion tea a few times a week as well as consuming it once or twice a week. Yellow Dock, Spirulina, Burdock, Green tea and Echinacea are wonderful herbs to make teas from to drink a few times a week or every day depending on the severity of the acne problem. These herbs work from the inside out by detoxifying the body and getting rid of the pimple causing bacteria which comes through the pores causing the breakouts.
