What About 150 Calories?
May 13th 2007 02:49
So, in the last post I covered a few exercises that can help you work off 150 calories. Still wondering what difference it can make? Well, let me give you an idea....
Consuming a can of soda or a small bag of chips can equal out to a 15lb weight gain in a year (if eaten daily). If you work off 150 calories a day and watch what you eat just a little bit you can lose 15 pounds in a year! The more exercise you bring in and less consumption of junk foods the better results you can get!
It is important to note not to fall in the "lose weight fast" craze that the media constantly puts in everyone's face. Lose weight healthily and at your own pace. Remember too much, too fast can hurt you.
