Medicinal Nature - Manda Spring

Planting a Medicinal Garden: Angelica

June 14th 2008 23:29
The aroma therapy value of Angelica is one of the best around for helping to unwind. Next to lavender it is an exceptional plant widely used in baths and soaks to relax the worst tension.

All parts of Angelica can be used. It is helpful for everyone and can strengthen the heart in elderly people. Just a few things Angelica treats are: fevers, colds, coughs, colic and stomach disorders as well as being a sedative.

As you can see, Angelica is a wonderful herb to plant in a medicinal garden.
