Ashwagandha is usually called by two other names: Winter Cherry and Indian Ginseng. In traditional Indian medicine this herb treats many things. The reason for the “ginseng” relation tells you that it is widely used for the mind and treating conditions such as senility. But it also strengthens energy and vitality. Good to have on hand!
