Daily Tip #1: Easing Back Pain at Work

If you sit all day long at work then you probably know all about back pain. Here’s a daily tip to help ease the pain while sitting at your desk and computer.
1. Situate your chair so that your feet are flat against the floor.
2. If your chair is tall then use a phone book or something to maintain your feet flat against the floor.
3. When sitting in your chair your eyes should be level with your computer screen.
