Cabbages
Cabbages are packed with essentail vitamins and minerals.
Cancer is a scary issue that can affect the lives of countless people when only one person is diagnosed. The toxic chemicals that come into our body cause cancer. Foods from the cabbage family are high in specific nutrients that are known to detoxify the body and rid it of these hazardous and cancer causing elements.

Below are some (High level) nutrients that are found in the cabbage family:
•Vitamin C
•Protein
•Vitamin A
•Iron
•Potassium
•Fiber

The National Cancer Institute recommends the following to prevent cancer:
•Diet high in fiber
•Eat more low fat food
•Eat more vegetables form the cabbage family
•Eat more vitamin A and vitamin C rich foods

You would think that in this day and age when cancer is so common and prevalent people would flock to this kind of information. And put it to use. I find it fascinating that lifestyle elements that contribute to cancer andother maladies of modern times persist.
