Catnip, yep, that exactly what I said… catnip. It is not just a favorite among furry felines but a real all natural herb that we can use.

Although cats tend to get high off this herb we humans will get sleepy. It is a wonderful sedative to make a soothing tea out of.

• Anesthetic
• Antibiotic
• anti rheumatic
• antispasmodic
• used to heal cuts and scrapes
• cooling astringent
• diuretic
• soothes muscular aches and pains
