Symptoms of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
The symptoms can vary but usually a person that exhibits these certain signs is a likely candidate for a person suffering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. If you or someone you're close to shows indications that can be defined here, please ask them to see professional help as soon as possible.
Fatigue is of course the most seen problem, hence the name Chronic 'Fatigue' Syndrome. Fatigue is an over whelming feeling of exhaustion or depression. A healthy person does not feel tiredness, or 'fatigue' to this extent regularly. Once in a while or with just cause I would say yes, but if they experience it on a daily basis with no real need to do so then they may need some help. It is important to note that the fatigue can be both/either mental and physical.
Soreness is another common issue associated with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. The throat, lymph nodes, joints, muscles and even the head can feel tender, sore or even down right painful. Although these are also frequent signs in a variety of other health conditions it is prevalent with Chronic fatigue Syndrome in combination with a few of the other symptoms as well.
Memory loss is another grave problem facing those with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. But it doesn't just stop there. Many other conditions may be associated with this one aspect. For example: Memory loss and mental clarity are two different things but both warning signs along with- irritability, personality changes and the inability to think and function normally. Believe it or not this can be a sudden onset.
