Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Part 3

June 19th 2007 01:04
Treatments that are Available

For anyone who suffers from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome life can seem hopeless. They need your support at this tough time. Encourage them with the valuable information contained in this article and the realization that there are treatments available and they can get the help they need to continue living a normal and healthy life.

Antidepressants and MAO inhibitors are probably the first likely medicines your doctor will start you on. But, for those unwilling to surrender themselves to a chemical that may very well land them with

a.) more serious medical problems, or b.) A dependency for these drugs that could allow for many years of trying to kick the habit- there is a much safer way to alleviate the symptoms that go along with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome .

Diet, exercise and vitamin supplements can significantly reduce a person's physical and mental conditions connected with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. It's true, taking care of your health and consuming herbs, veggies and other foods with brain boosting nutrients can help a body be rid of this nasty and depressing culprit.

So, now that you are educated please don't dismiss Chronic Fatigue Syndrome so quickly when a friend or loved one faces it, instead treat it with the respect it deserves. Education is the best way to prevent and cure every disease that can threaten our very lives and the way we live them.

Thank you for your good post, Manda.

I also start to realise that I am less fatigue when I walk to work more often and have my suppliments on time. ^_^

Have a blessed day

Hi Jessicca!
Thanks for stopping by! Isn't weird how the body reacts to certain circumstances?
