There are many people who suffer from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and don't even know what it is. This article is designed to break down this illness and offer a little light on the subject for all those that suffer. Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is definitely something that needs to be assessed for those with severe cases as it may lead to other more serious problems down the road, or so the studies suggest.
What is Chronic Fatigue Syndrome?
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome can be defined and broken down to better help you grasp the meaning. 'Chronic' means constant and without relief, 'Fatigue'- tired, worn out and completely exhausted. And finally, 'Syndrome' meaning a proven medical condition or disorder.
The exact causes of Chronic fatigue Syndrome are not known as of yet but there are doctors and scientists studying the aspect with much determination. But, we do know a lot about this condition. For example, it does not appear to be contagious; the theories usually revolve around viral and immunological source; there are also some doctors that believe there are strong ties between Chronic Fatigue Syndrome the nervous system and hormonal imbalances.

this is perhaps the least understood and the most widely known fatigue syndrome...But it does effect hundreds of thousands of people both male and female...
It's thought to be caused by a virus, Epstein-Barre...don't know if ya knew that but it's worth checking into..

Yes Tammy it is hard to pin point who has it and who doesn't, it is a confusing thing at times especailly when many health issues have the same kind of symptoms and reactions.
