Citrus Foods: The Essential Fat Burner

Grapefruit, oranges, lemon, papaya, strawberries, etc, all have an abundance of vitamin C. Did you know that vitamin C has fat burning potential? It is true; citrus destroys fatty deposits that have been building up as well as stopping incoming fat build up.
One good idea is to make smoothies once daily with a low-fat yogurt. Eating one of these for breakfast is a great way to start the day and allow the citrus fruits and yogurt to go to work burning fat in your body all day long. Another way to use citrus as an excellent fat burner is by squeezing a lemon or lime into your drinking water. Because you drink water all day long, or you are supposed to at least, you are constantly putting citrus into your body. Go ahead, give it a try. Shed a few pounds and feel a whole lot healthier.
