Dairy Foods: A Healthy Part of our Diet

Dairy foods, that is a very broad topic so what I plan to do today is address each type of dairy food and let you in on what health properties each can provide you.
White cheeses, yogurt and low fat milk are known to promote a healthy metabolism and digestive tract. These are essential for good health and active lifestyle.
All other cheeses and vitamin D milk are consumed primarily for those in child bearing years that want a healthy reproductive system. Studies have shown that the milk fat that is taken from low fat milk really doesn’t add any weight to a healthy body and it does in fact provide necessary nutrients toward the functionality of the body.
