Daily Tip #3: Decreasing Stress Levels

If you get over whelmed by stress there is a great way to reduce your stress levels during your day. First, sit down in a quiet space. Breathe deep cleansing breaths and start with your feet. Make fists with your bare feet and hold for 5 seconds. Then release. Do this three to five times but choose a number and be consistent with all of your clinching exercises. Move up to your legs and clinch then hold, and release. Then move on to your butt, then to your stomach, arms, fists, neck muscles and finally with your head rotate it in slow circles.
Do this each day and you’ll notice an improvement in patience and attitude.
