Here is another list of essentail vitamins that can help your overall health.
Flaxseed and Flaxseed oil
This is most commonly used for constipation, high cholesterol, benign prostatic hyperplasia, and systemic lupus erythematosus.
Fluoride
This is taken for osteoporosis, and tooth decay.
Folic Acid
