Here we are, the last installment of the food poisoning blogs. In this particular blog you will see the viral aspect of food poisoning.
• Hepatitis- This is usually contracted form feces to mouth. Such as a cook from a restaurant goes to the bathroom, accidentally gets traces on his hand form his matter and prepares your food. This is caused because he did not wash his hands when handling the food.
• Norwalk- this causes mild diarrhea and it spreads quickly by the feces to mouth route. This goes to show how important safe food handling really is.
Please be sure you eat in trustworthy atmospheres, and be especially cautious when traveling.
