As winter begins, so does the season of colds and flu. We all need to take certain precautions to avoid getting sick. One of the best ways is via diet. Just one glass of frozen orange juice (with pulp is my favorite) every morning, can boost your immune system with Vitamin C.
Diet, exercise, plenty of rest and dressing for the weather are the best ways to stay healthy and keep the colds at bay.
