Salads are a staple of nutrition these days. In fact, it is the ‘poster item’ in every restaurant when healthy eating is promoted. But just lettuce and dressing does not make a healthy meal. It is more what you ADD to the lettuce that makes a salad healthy so don’t be fooled.
