Medicinal Nature - Manda Spring

Herbal Remedies for Health

July 19th 2008 13:54
Herbal nutrition is a huge part of our lives. It is the basis for all of the prescription drugs out on the market today accept scientists have added chemicals to the natural God given product. Take for instance valium a very addictive drug… well; the main ingredient was/is valerian root. Valerian root needs to be taken in moderation just like everything else in life but doesn’t have very many (if any) side effects.

Or how about St John’s Wort? Many of the ‘best’ prescription drugs for depression on the market today work AS good as this little weed. But, of course without the side effects of the prescription drugs such as dependency, and more severe reactions which may include death. No matter what you need the herbal nutrition network can help you get the all natural products that can help you live a quality life.

When it comes down to it, what will you choose to help cure what ails you? Herbal nutrition or prescription drugs?

I hate to sound like I don't care, but whatever I can afford.

I'm poor.

You know that is what a lot of people say so don't feel bad, I like honesty. Here's the thing though. If you are paying out of pocket for prescription drugs then you'll eventually have to pay a whole lot more due to other medications that have to counter act the side effects. All natural herbal remedies are very affordable so if one place/outlet/store seems high you can always shop around to find something a little cheaper. Same can't really be said about prescription drugs.

True. But, I'm 14, so I don't have a job. So really, it's whatever the occcasional $20 can get me. And I don't have many health problems, so I only ever USE pain killers. I have a lot of headaches but not much else.

I see, well my only advice to you is to (as an adult) try to find natural remedies whenever possible vs prescription drugs so you can remain in good health! Have a great day!

Hello MKSOL,
Well since I do not know your preference as to whether you prefer Chinese herbs, wild herbs, or various alternative medicine therapies I have included a few links here to help you find what you feel more comfortable with. From foods, to herbs you can find at your local nutrition center or even Chinese herbs that can be mailed to you.

Really Long Link

best of luck!
