This is informative, but I'd really like to know which natural foods contain these sources so that I can .. source them. Include what I need into my diet?

Medicinal Nature
Well some food sources you can eat to get these nutrients if you do not want to take pills are listed:
GABA: Wheat bran and fish (i.e. mackerel)
Gamma oryzanol: this is typically found in rice bran
Glucomannan: This is mostly found in foods that contain fiber like oats and bran
Glucosamine: This is actually an amino sugar comprised of amino acids and polysaccharides. Unfortunately you can’t really find foods high in this element so you would have to take a supplement.
Gluctamic acid: This can be found in your everyday red meats, poultry, fish, eggs, and dairy products.
Glutamine: You can find high doses of this in raw spinach and parsley.
Hope the info was helpful!
