What’s Your Ideal Weight?
January 16th 2007 04:42
This is an easy way to estimate your healthy body weight. With all the New Years’ resolution ways to diet, I thought this would be useful.
For women- Start with a 100 pounds for 5 feet and 5 pounds for every inch over 5 feet. For instance, say you were 5’5. Well calculate 100 pounds for 5ft tall and then 5 pounds for every inch over, which would be 25. Your ideal weight is 125 lbs.
For men, start with 106 pounds for 5 feet and add 6 pounds for every inch over 5 feet.
