First let me just say I take no official position on this topic. I know that there are a lot of mixed emotions and I for one don’t really have an opinion one way or another. I did however think that I should share some basic, relevant information here on this medicinal herb.
The historical reference written can be dated all the way back to the 15th century B.C. Numerous civilizations have recorded marijuana as being a medicine that they have used with positive results. The various conditions that Marijuana was used to treat throughout time includes: Alcoholism, Anorexia, Anxiety, Asthma, Cancer, Depression, Epilepsy, Glaucoma, Hypertension, Insomnia, Inflammation, Migraines, Nausea, Pain, and even Peptic Ulcers.
For anyone wanting to read up on a detailed list of research studies, clinical trials, etc. that prove the positive efficacy in these illnesses and more I urge you to visit the CSDP.org
