Medicinal Nature - Manda Spring

Planting a Medicinal Garden Part Three: Feverfew

May 27th 2008 04:19
Feverfew is a wonderful herb to have on hand. The leaves prevent and treat migraines as well as being an anti-inflammatory so it can be used for relieving arthritis pain, back pain, etc.

For women, Feverfew is used to regulate menstruation and relieve some of the pain associated with a period.

This very strongly aromatic plant is also a great addition in potpourri. Making your own potpourri with rose hips, feverfew and lavender is a fantastic way to scent your home and relax.
