This is a continuation of part one, if you have not read it please do so.

St. Johns Wort-This treats depression by aiding in normal serotonin levels in the brain.

Chamomile-This is used to treat a variety of problems and in men, can treat IBS, anxiety, insomnia and problems with the digestive system.

Ginseng-This herb reduces fatigue, stress, and helps enhance physical endurance. It can also fight against disease.

Kaba-Kaba -This is yet another herb that reduces anxiety, tension, insomnia and stress. It changes the brain activity just as well as the anxiety anti prescription drug with out all the side effects.
