Milk Thistle- This is used usually in cases of chronic inflammatory liver disease. It helps promote a healthy liver and protect healthy cells
Hawthorne- Reduces high blood pressure and, the hardening of the arteries and CHF.
Echinacea- The primary use of this herb is to prevent and treat the common cold, flu and infections.

Garlic indeed is quite a natural remedy to fight cacer, repel insects and now with cholesterol control, there isn't much excuse not to take garlic. LOL...
