Is Boswella only ok for men? Woman can't take it for arthritis problems?

Medicinal Nature
It can be used both for men and women, but men find it more useful as they rarely embrace herbal remedies and it can alleviate their pains and aches. But yes, it can be used for both sexes.
Thank you both for coming by. I appreciate your comments and I will come by to see you both. I miss you guys on orble, I am so busy that I do not spend as much time as I want here.

Thanks for the tip. I shall look for it as it is hurting my knees and I have potential reumatoid arthritis here.
Well, everyone is always busy in the beginning of the year so it is normal that we can't visit orble often.
I too am busy and need to get things done, and I try to spend limited precious time to read everyone's post as much as I can, not only to increase my knowledge but to help every one out too. ^_^
Have a great week ahead!
p/s: I miss everyone in Orble too.
