Peppermint- This significantly helps for problems with indigestion and flatulence.

Rosemary- This little herb is great to use in the kitchen and can help your circulatory system. Rosemary also helps proper digestion and when used in tonics for your hair can prevent baldness.

Ginger- This relieves motion sickness, indigestion and upset stomach.

Bilberry- Helps prevent cataracts and macular degeneration peripheral vascular disease and hemorrhoids.
