Foods for Moods

Now when we think about foods for moods we think that consumables are the way to lift our moods. But no, this is not always the case. Yes, I have spoken about herbs that can be used to top foods to bring a little light into a currently grim situation or feeling. Such as ginseng or St John’s Wort.

However the ‘foods’ I am talking about now is actually exercise. Exercise is food for moods because moods thrive on activity believe it or not. By daily exercising to up beat music or with friends in a gym you can boost elevate your happiness with this all natural high.

Exercise can also alleviate acne problems. You see our bodies have a built in detox system that is stimulated by exercise. Flush out the bad toxins naturally and refresh your skin too.
