Sugars Have Healing Properties – Part IV

Sometimes foods aren’t enough and people may require a stronger, more potent intake of the saccharides and polysaccharides that are derived from mushrooms and other sources. But do remember that the natural sources are far better than supplements when consumed in their natural state. In this installment, I will define a list of supplements currently on the market- you may buy from various herbal and vitamin stores both online and at physical locations.
• Acemannan
• Alpha-Glucans and Beta-Glucans
• Chitin and Chitosan
• Polysaccharide K and polysaccharide P
• Gong
*** There is an important warning however, you should ask a health professional to make sure that you are not allergic to these properties (which is rare) – and, people who are under twelve or pregnant should not take supplements because a higher rate of allergic reactions have been noted.
