Planting a Medicinal Garden: Hyssop

Hyssop: courtesy of southernseedexchange.com
Hyssop has been long since used in biblical times as the plant is referred to in the text of the bible. But as far as medicinal purposes go I plant this herb for a few very good reasons. Some of them being that hyssop is commonly used as an: anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, antispasmodic, expectorant, stimulant, and diaphoretic.

These benefits make hyssop a charming and delightfully aromatic addition to my garden.

Wow, I didn't know that, but it'll be neat if you can post a photo of it.

I keep forgetting to do that don't I? Well, when all else fails you can always get a pic by putting the name of the plant in the search engine. But, I will try and post some pics anyway Thanks Jessicca!
