Planting a Medicinal Garden: Hyssop
July 2nd 2008 16:11
Hyssop has been long since used in biblical times as the plant is referred to in the text of the bible. But as far as medicinal purposes go I plant this herb for a few very good reasons. Some of them being that hyssop is commonly used as an: anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, antispasmodic, expectorant, stimulant, and diaphoretic.
These benefits make hyssop a charming and delightfully aromatic addition to my garden.
