Planting a Medicinal Garden: Skull Cap

Skull cap is an odd name to be sure, but it is the benefits that make this a spectacular addition to my medicinal garden. Skull cap has been known to improve blood flow in the brain, inhibit muscle spasms, helps with fertility and menstruation issues not to mention it is a sedative and widely used to treat high blood pressure and insomnia. It has antioxidant antihistamine and anti-inflammatory properties.
