Play Tennis for Health!

Many people are under a lot of stress, and no, this isn’t news. But, I would like to discuss a great way to not only relieve mental, physical and emotional stress, but also improve your over all health. Of course you have guessed… Tennis!

Tennis stimulated your mind and during this activity your body releases chemicals that make a body happy all while making you physically fit. But, if you are not used to the game I do have a couple recommendations: Be sure to buy the right shoes such as the kind the professionals use, k swiss tennis shoes, and babolat rackets as you might not get the maximum benefit from the sport. And please take it slow for the first few days.

I have chosen tennis for one reason. The light yet physically demanding sport is wonderful for those that are trying to relieve tension and stress. It is a break from your daily life, you feel terrific and refreshed afterwards, as well giving you an outlet to let some of that built up aggression go. Give it a try. It’s a new year!
