I talk a lot about health and how to keep your body, mind and spirit healthy and happy. Today I want to talk to you all about safety. Safety is also a part of keeping yourself healthy and happy.
There are so many attackers that target women these days, for theft, assault purposes and revenge. A lot of women either can not fight off their attacker or die in the process of defending themselves. There are far too many deaths and injuries that could’ve been avoided.
