Being thankful during this time of year is a great thing when pumpkin pie is on your table. We salt and bake our pumpkin seeds for Halloween and whenever we have pumpkin for a side dish to a meal. Let’s see just ho good pumpkin is for you:

Seeds:
Vitamin E
Iron
Magnesium
Potassium
Zinc
Omega 3 & 6 fatty acids


Pumpkin
Alpha carotene
Beta carotene
High in fiber
Vitamin C & E Potassium
Magnesium
Pantothenic acid

I have BPH and have been taking pumpkin seed oil for almost a year now. It really works wonders. I have recommended it to friends who also suffer from BPH and they also love it.
