Shopping for Herbal Supplements
April 5th 2007 22:26
For you shoppers out there who get your herbal supplements you really need to be wary of the labels. Buying old and out of date supplements (herbal or mineral) may not be as affective in providing what it is supposed to. Find out if it has an expiration date, if for some reason one is not present pick another one off the shelf. Also, make sure you read the label to see if anything has been added to the supplement you intend to take. Again effectiveness of the product may not be as potent as you need if it is not purely and wholesomely the one herb or mineral you need. Brand name is also an issue for some. As long as the product is a natural one and serves the purpose it really shouldn’t matter what brand it is. It’s all herbs and minerals guys (and gals).
