We have learned within the last two posts that there are 8 essential saccharides that our bodies need- and, that they have tremendous health benefits. Some of these saccharides are located in sugar but there are also other places they are found. Just some of the following elements have large quantities of these saccharides.

Interesting article.

I just had a whole helpful of corn today from the International Charity Bazaar. Boy they are delicious.

But I still miss the juicy australian corn... every bite is juicy and overflowing.
