Medicinal Nature - Manda Spring

Pink Root or Indian Pink

March 22nd 2010 18:16
Pink Root, also known as Indian Pink, is virtually disappearing. It is being harvested at a rapid rate due the results of studies which show a powerful effect on HIV and cancer. It has long been used by native Americans for it vast medicinal properties and has become quite popular in today’s world. Only educated herbalist and alternative medicine doctors should use this plant to help heal their patients as it can be a narcotic in large doses which can possibly cause death due to rapid heart rate when abused. It should also, always, be followed by magnesium sulphate to eliminate the possibility of any side effects.
