Here is some information on a few supplements you probably are not aware of. There are some interesting medicinal qualities in them that can help the health of your body immensely.
Lutein
This is taken for macular degeneration, and cataracts.
Lycopene
This is taken for asthma, preeclampsia, immune function, macular degeneration, prostate cancer, and atherosclerosis.
Lysine
This particular supplement is taken for cold sore, shingles, and genital herpes.
Magnesium
This specific supplement is taken for ADHD, heart attack, diabetes, dysmenorrhea, kidney stones, angina, anemia, asthma, PMS, high blood pressure, gestational hypertension, congestive heart failure, mitral valve prolapse, celiac disease, stroke, sickle cell anemia, retinopathy, multiple sclerosis, chronic fatigue syndrome, athletic performance, anxiety, glaucoma, insomnia, autism, fibromyalgia and intermittent claudication.
Malic Acid
