Daily Tip #2: A Few Minutes for Better Posture
Be sure to take one minute every hour or so to walk around standing straight up each day when sitting for long periods of time. It might hurt at first but eventually you will retrain your spine and you’ll notice your back aches are becoming lighter and less frequently.
Your ankles, hips, shoulders and ears should be aligned in a straight formation. This contour will help your muscles strengthen to hold proper posture.
