Wild Plants with Medicinal Qualities: Part 9

December 22nd 2007 06:01
Burdock is a plant that comes from the sunflower family. When this plants starts out its stalk is thick and strong almost like rhubarb attached to large heart shaped leaves. Two large leaves simmered in milk can help with a rattlesnake bite, tea made from the root can soothe the mucus membranes of entire body, not to mention the roots can help heal skin afflicted with boils, skin disorders and people with kidney disease.

Hi Manda -- it would be best to title these posts with the name of the herb which you are talkging about. That was the search engines will be able to tell what's in the post and will send you more traffic. Send me a PM if you have any questions.
